The Fashion Founder Tech Stack
Apps to make everything work seamlessly, look sharper, and scale faster
When I first started Slope Siren, I had no idea. About anything. I was honestly just figuring things out in real time. When I look back at the first drafts of the brand, I audibly gasp and archive. I’m sure I’m not alone in this, but my systems were definitely not the most efficient, nor the most aesthetic.
Over the last 3 years, I’ve found the exact tools, websites, and apps that make everything work seamlessly, look sharper, and scale faster.
Below is the tech stack I use to run the business and look good doing it.
Brand & Ecommerce
Shopify
I could literally make a whole post about Shopify. It’s my firstborn child. I’m continuously impressed using Shopify. Almost all retailers and partners have integration capabilities. It’s customizable to your shop needs, and there’s always an app to create a more seamless experience.
Shopmy
Live laugh love Shopmy. This is amazing for both business and personal. Slope Siren actually isn’t on Shopify officially yet, only because we are such a seasonal business, it’s been hard to find the right time. However, soon we’ll be using this exclusively for all of our gifting and influencer outreach.
On the personal side, I link everything on Shopmy. Highly recommend even if you only share your recs with friends and family, it’s just such a great way to organize everything. Sign up with my referral link for added incentives.
Klaviyo
Okay, to be honest, I’m not using this to it’s fullest capability - something I’m going to do better in 2026. Nonetheless, this is the premier email marketing tool for your biz.
Sellerboard
If you sell on Amazon, Sellerboard is incredibly helpful for actually understanding your storefront. The Amazon interface is super confusing to navigate and get a full picture, SB makes everything much clearer.
Automation & AI
Apollo.ai
Amazing for outreach and lead gen. If you’re doing wholesale, partnerships, press, or cold outreach, this makes finding the right contacts infinitely easier. You can set up templates that sync to your Gmail. Insane. I wrote a full Sub on this.
Akyla.ai
For more intricate AI automation tasks. There are endless ways to use it, but we use Akyla for our retailer invoices. Akyla automates invoice creation from uploaded spreadsheets and removes an insane amount of manual admin work.
Claude / ChatGPT
My BFFs. I use Chat personally and professionally every day. I find it most helpful for organizational tasks, proofreading (not writing), strategy, trip planning, personal style overhauls, and operational support.
I don’t think AI is particularly strong creatively, at least not yet, so I use it much more as a tool to refine ideas and make everything move faster behind the scenes.
Content & Creation
Canva
My other child. I use Canva for literally everything. Outfit inspo? Canva. Slope Siren? Canva. Linesheets? Canva. Anything? Canva. It’s so intuitive and easy to use. The AI features are also getting better for editing in app. I love her.
Pinterest / Cosmos
My love for vision boards knows no bounds. Pinterest is of course the OG for inspiration, but Cosmos feels like Pinterest’s cooler younger sister. I use both for campaign concepts, interiors, styling, shoots, and brand direction.
Tezza
Everything I post goes through Tezza. Elevated presets, easy to use, and very aesthetic-first.
Operations & Organization
Asana
We use Asana with our warehouse team to keep operations organized. It’s straightforward, easy to manage, and helps keep everything moving without things slipping through the cracks. The reason our orders are shipped in 1 business day.
Notion
I just started using this as a more aesthetic to-do list. I’m sure there are a lot more in-depth ways to use it, but I’m starting slow and figuring out what I want to live where.
Google Workspace
The obvious one. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, my entire business basically runs on Google. I’m still fine-tuning exactly what goes in Docs vs. Claude vs. Notion, but right now almost everything lives in my Google cal.
Quickbooks
Not glamorous and definitely not my favorite, but a necessary evil. QB keeps the finances organized, especially once you start dealing with inventory, contractors, shipping, ads, and multiple revenue streams.
Upwork
One of the best ways to hire help without full-time employees. I’ve used Upwork for everything from design help to technical fixes to operational support.
Lifestyle
Indyx
Can’t talk, digitizing my wardrobe. I use this to organize outfits, packing lists, and wardrobe planning. It’s definitely a lot of setup work to get everything in there. I started by adding from my most-shopped stores (ie: Revolve orders), and then I add my outfit every day to build it up over time.
Amigo
If Instagram and Google Reviews had a baby, she would be Amigo. Such a great app for saving your travel recommendations, making wishlists, and finding the in-the-know spots. Follow me.
Eight Sleep
Potentially the most life-changing purchase I’ve ever made. Sleep is my main priority and this is my non-negotiable. It’s worth every penny. My hot girl sleep edit here.
There’s always a new app, platform, or AI tool coming out. I’m doing my best to stay ahead of the curve, so I’ll keep updating this list as I find new favorites.
If there’s anything I’m missing, send it my way.
